I think Computers have come a long way! I still remember the days at primary school and playing stupid childish computer games and thinking that the huge Mac in the class room was really in at the time! Then to later as i grew up i finally realised the screen and size of the computers were slowly getting smaller. Not only was the screens getting smaller also the keyboards and equipment to store data changed too. We don't need those slow floppy disks any more!
Enough about that, I really like computers as they are quite basic to use and are used in a lot of business companies. I also like the fact that if you don't like hand writing assignments, reports and many other things you can just simply type it up! For me i have quite spread out writing is rather large i find that i am using more paper and doesn't look as nice, whether as on a computer you can do various things. You can add a border to emphasize a point or simply make it look better, you can change colour of the front to emphasize a sub-heading, you can also use different fonts to make your document look better and if your not that really good at drawing you can simply add a picture or diagram.
I find that computers are dominating the workforce as well. These days if you want to apply for a j0b in Business Management, touch typing and computer literacy has to be clearly known or demonstrated. Also in many other work fields you have to have some sort of knowledge or basic knowledge of how to use a computer. Computers are more of a need now these days than other technology. Need in businesses, schools and other facilities.
Now in this modern technology is reaching it's high point. We don't actually fully appreciate the facilities and software that computers provide for us. A lot of your jobs has to involve some type of computer software one way or another. We wouldn't survive in this world if we didn't have the use of computers. We would struggle alot, waste alot of time and stress.
So the next time you shout at your computer "Stupid Computer!!", "Stupid thing!".
Think to yourself... how else would i do this, and how else i could I do it fast and effectively?
