Overview:
In 1976, ex-Beatle George Harrision was found quilty of copyright infringement for his hit single "My Sweet Lord'. Bright Tunes Music Corporation had obtained the copyright for the 1963 hit, "He's So Fine", which was written by Ronald Mack and originally performed by the Chiffons. Did George Harrision borrow his musical ideas from Mack's hit song?
Judge yourself. See below link to listen to the two versions.

But here is my Personal Opinion:
I think the similarities between the two songs are very evident. The melody is very similar even though George Harrision's version is a little more soft compared to The Chiffons version which is slightly more up-beat and beaterer. The harmony and chordal structure I feel is somewhat a like or have some differences here and there. The instruments used are barely the same and very evident and as for the lyrics it's very evident that they are not the same.
